An angry mob of around 100 BLM protesters gathered outside city council on Wednesday evening after a sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a 40-year-old black man earlier today.
Andrew Brown, 40, was gunned down by a deputy sheriff on Wednesday in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
There were reports of MPs serving a search warrant Wednesday morning in the 400 block of Perry Street near Roanoke Avenue.
Andrew Brown got into his car and started to leave when MPs opened fire.
Witnesses said they heard between 6 and 8 gunshots.
The family insist Brown, who was a father of 10, was unarmed, but the investigation is still ongoing.
Details of this shooting involving a police officer are still unknown, but the BLM crowd is pissed off and asks the officer to pay.
BLM protesters were shouting at the police guarding the gate.
