Biden says GOP is wrapping up Supreme Court, calling pressure to confirm Barrett is ‘unconstitutional’ – Dateway

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has claimed Republican efforts to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court were “unconstitutional.”

In an astonishing reality reversal show, Biden claimed the Republicans were in fact the party trying to bring the Supreme Court together.

“Look, the only trial is going on right now. It’s happening with Republicans filling court now, ”Biden told reporters on Saturday.

“What they are doing is unconstitutional,” Biden added as he prepared to campaign in Pennsylvania.

“The point is, the only wrapping going is that this court is now being wrapped up by Republicans after voting has already started,” Biden said. “I’m going to stay focused on it so that we don’t take our eyes off the ball here.”

Everything Biden has said is patently false.

Filling a vacant seat on the Supreme Court does not fill the court.

The Democrats are the party that openly calls for an increase in the number of Supreme Court seats if Biden wins the election, even if Biden himself will not admit it.

In addition, according to Article II, Section 2 of the US Constitution, President Trump has every right to fill a vacant seat in SCOTUS and the Senate can vote to confirm.

Biden doesn’t know what he’s talking about or lying.

Either way, that explains a lot about Sleepy Joe.
