Democratic governors and RINO have destroyed small businesses with overbearing lockdown orders from Covid as Pelosi and McConnell withheld stimulus money for more than 8 months.
Now Joe Biden promises to make it his priority to help blacks, Latinos, Asians and Native Americans reopen and rebuild their small businesses.
“Our priority will be small businesses owned by Blacks, Latin Americans, Asians and Native Americans, businesses owned by women and finally equal access to the resources needed to reopen and rebuild,” said Biden.

Biden also suggested that minorities are just too dumb to know what to call a banker or where help is available in the first place.
It sounds racist.
