Arizona GOP Chairman Dr. Kelli Ward has called for an immediate legislative hearing with subpoena power to investigate voter fraud in the election.
Ward made the call following a press release from Arizona legislative leaders calling for an immediate forensic audit of the Dominion voting machines used by Maricopa County, the only county that went from Biden to Trump according to provisional votes.
Speaking exclusively to National File, Ward said it was an “excellent press release” but now there is to be an “official legislative hearing. [called] to achieve this. As president of the Arizona GOP, Ward continued calls for the legislative hearing on her Twitter. “Hold a legislative hearing with subpoena power TODAY !!” Ward tweeted.

Ward was joined by representative Paul Gosar, who described the audit as a “good start, if not a few weeks late”. Gosar said there should also be a “special session to assess the electoral process and restore polling day and eliminate postal voting”, allowing the institution “strict identity requirements and pre – 60 day registration so that the clerk has time to verify.
As reported by National File, Dominion Software’s call for audit was made by Speaker of the Senate Karen Fann and Speaker of the House Rusty Bowers, as well as new President of the Senate Government Michelle Ugenti-Rita and House Majority Leader Warren Petersen.
Fann and Bowers, in their current positions, are the ones with the power to call a full legislative hearing, which Ward made clear on his Twitter. “Be proud when leaders (Fann or Bowers) ask for a FULL audience,” Ward said in response to Arizona State Senator-elect Wendy Rogers, who praised the call to the ‘audit. “A legislative hearing does NOT interfere with ongoing court cases. #DoYourJob, legislature! “
The hearing that took place in Arizona last week with Trump’s legal team Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis was not a full official legislative hearing. A full hearing would include the power to subpoena anyone to speak and would also require witnesses and participants to take an oath during the proceedings. This would be a major step towards a thorough investigation into the irregularities that occurred during this election.

As National File reported, Ward and the Arizona GOP were given access to a sample of 100 ballots redoubled by a judge to check for irregularities:
In the batch of 100 votes, two votes were discovered which were of concern. Arizona GOP attorney Jack Wilenchik wrote in court filing that only one original ballot contained “was clearly a vote for Trump”, but the “duplicate vote transferred the vote to Biden” , while a second Trump vote was rejected entirely, due to the duplicate vote. also including a “blank” vote for a written presidential candidate.
“Fortunately Judge Warner said he wanted to be transparent and let’s look at them,” [Arizona GOP Chair Kelli] Ward said in a video posted to Twitter. “Media propagandists who say there is no evidence of fraud can now shut up.”
