Large numbers of healthcare workers across America are refusing to take Pfizer and Moderna’s rushed coronavirus vaccines, media reports.
From Forbes, “A large number of healthcare and frontline workers refuse the Covid-19 vaccine”:
The grim reality of the growth of food banks and the loss of their jobs and lives by people is exactly what the Democratic Party wants to gain power over the people.
– Earlier this week, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said he was “troubled” by the relatively low number of nursing home workers who have chosen to be vaccinated, DeWine saying about 60% of nursing home staff refused the vaccine.
–Dr Joseph Varon, head of intensive care at United Memorial Medical Center in Houston, told NPR in December that more than half of the nurses in his unit had informed him they would not get the vaccine.
– About 55% of firefighters surveyed from New York City firefighters said they would not get the coronavirus vaccine, the Firefighters Association president said last month.
– The Los Angeles Times reported Thursday that hospital and officials in Riverside, Calif. Were forced to figure out how best to allocate unused doses after about 50% of the county’s frontline workers refused the vaccine.
– Less than half of hospital employees at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Tehama County, Calif. Were ready for the vaccine, and about 20-40% of frontline workers in LA County would have refused an opportunity to be vaccinated.
– Dr Nikhila Juvvadi, clinical director at Loretto Hospital in Chicago, said a survey was conducted in December and 40% of hospital staff said they did not get the vaccine.
I guess Big Tech’s censorship of all dissidents was not enough to convince people!

A Houston hospital offered a “$ 500 hope bonus” to take the photos.

With declining enthusiasm, Fauci stepped up his rhetoric last week to threaten people that vaccines would be “mandatory” in institutions like hospitals and schools:
From Business Insider, “Fauci says it’s ‘safe’ coronavirus vaccinations will be mandatory in institutions like hospitals and schools”:
Dr Anthony Fauci, the country’s leading infectious disease expert, said he expects coronavirus vaccination to be mandatory at some institutions in the future.
In an interview with Newsweek published Friday, Fauci said he was “sure” that institutions like hospitals would require the vaccine.
“I am not sure [the vaccine is] is going to be mandatory from a central government perspective, like federal government mandates, ”he said. “But there will be individual institutions that I’m sure will mandate it.”
Fauci highlighted his own experience with the National Institutes of Health, which requires all employees and contractors to receive annual influenza and hepatitis B vaccines.
“I have to be certified every year,” he told Newsweek. “Otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to see the patients. So in this regard I would not be surprised, as we are getting into the full scope of [COVID-19] vaccination, which some companies, hospitals, organizations may require [COVID-19] vaccination.”
Fauci, the longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, also said schools could be among the institutions that mandate the vaccine. It is also “entirely possible,” he said, that the vaccine will be needed for travel to and from the United States.
“Everything will be on the table for discussion” within the new Biden administration, he said. Biden’s transition team did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The decision to standardize the vaccine as a travel requirement is not a decision Fauci can make, he said. But he thinks it would be a smart move, he told Newsweek.
“Yellow fever is a good example. So in this country we don’t need [people] get vaccinated against yellow fever [to] somewhere. It’s the place you go that demands it, ”he said. “I went to Liberia during the Ebola outbreak. I had to get the yellow fever vaccine or they wouldn’t let me into Liberia.
The CDC has been slow to release data on vaccine side effects, but what has been published so far is not very convincing.
A 32-year-old female doctor in Mexico was hospitalized with encephalomyelitis (inflammation of the brain and spinal cord) after receiving Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine.
Mexican officials have said they are investigating the case of a 32-year-old female doctor hospitalized after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
The doctor, whose name has not been released, was admitted to the intensive care unit of a public hospital in the northern state of Nuevo Leon after having seizures, difficulty breathing and a rash.
“The initial diagnosis is encephalomyelitis,” the health ministry said in a statement released Friday evening. Encephalomyelitis is inflammation of the brain and spinal cord.
Another nurse in Canada suffered from a severe allergic reaction.
From CBC, “Hamilton PSW says allergic reaction to COVID-19 vaccine resulted in fainting, seizures and CPR”:
A personal support worker believes the health care system “abandoned” her after someone forgot her allergies, she said, and let her get the COVID-19 shot. The vaccine triggered a severe reaction that she said caused her to pass out, suffer multiple seizures, require CPR and still feel the effects almost a week later.
Deborah Tilli, 27, is one of the few people to have had a severe reaction to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. […]
“There was a point where, I didn’t mean I gave up, but I was just like ‘This is what it is.’ … [Days later] when I was in bed the other night I was like, “What if I left my two daughters without a mother?” Tilli said.
Several people have died after taking the vaccine, although authorities insist the deaths are unrelated.
WHO chief scientist Dr Soumya Swaminathan said last week that they had no evidence that vaccines would prevent people from getting infected.
“I don’t think we have any evidence on any of the vaccines to be sure it’s going to stop people from actually getting the infection and therefore being able to pass it on,” Soumya said.
I can’t imagine why people don’t line up to get these photos!
