Joe Biden, 78, delivered remarks on the Covid pandemic on Tuesday after signing a series of orders as he criticized Americans as racist and morally deprived.

A confused Biden muttered to himself and grabbed hold of his pen as he sat down to sign the orders – then disappeared without answering questions.

Joe Biden reappeared an hour later and struggled to pass his Covid speech.

Biden mixed his words by calling a lawmaker who refuses to wear a mask and warned of the Covid variants coming from the UK and South Africa.

“One congressman pointed out, he used a very colorful term to say, ‘wearing a mask, I tell them to kiss my ear, I’m not going to wear a mask.’ Well guess what, not very American. The point is, you want to be patriotic, you’re going to protect people, ”Biden said.

Biden is in decline on the stage and the media continues to ignore his obvious dementia.
