What we have all witnessed since the day Donald J. Trump was sworn in as the 45th President of the United States is criminal, and what I have personally experienced since the day he was elected on November 8, 2016 is shocking, horrible, disheartening. and ashamed. All of the MAGA rioters who stormed the US Capitol did so “under the direction and coordination of” President Trump, and it was an attack on human life and our great democracy. Unfortunately, our president and our first lady have little interest in either.
Everyone around them stoked and massaged their egos and knowingly accepted the poisonous lies and lies, veiled as truths, that built this house of mirrors. I take responsibility for being Melania’s facilitator, and her use of me has become the basis of our friendship. I can’t believe how blind I was to the depth of his deception and common lack of decency.
I wish I could say I was shocked by President Trump’s actions, but sadly I can’t, or say I don’t understand Melania’s silence and inactions, but pathetically they are both expected. Melania knows how to “be the best” to get up and read with a teleprompter, not with the heart. She and her husband lack character and have no moral compass. Although my intentions to support the First Lady in rolling out her initiatives have always been pure, I am disheartened and ashamed to have worked with Melania.
It is our moral imperative to instill in our children the skill set necessary to embrace the values of empathy and communication that are at the heart of kindness, mindfulness, integrity and leadership, which all evoke positive feelings of mutual respect. We all know our children learn by example, and it goes without saying that it starts at home. Melania said to me boldly, “Listen, I know what the truth is, and it doesn’t need to be explained. Some things don’t need to be worthy of an answer. Like I said in my book, Melania and I: the rise and fall of my friendship with the First Lady, “A Trump is a Trump is a Trump.”
Over the years, Melania has controlled her image, created her fairytale tale, and has remained an enigma, which allowed her to play pretend. I felt my civic duty was to stop protecting her and unearth the “most mysterious First Lady” the world has ever known. By sharing my story with her, I unmasked her true identity and revealed an unvarnished portrait of a woman whose veneer I stripped, leaving nothing but a “shameless, deep” woman. Only they could walk past seeing their lives torn apart and all their regrettable, hateful and humiliating moments pushed aside for the world to see and judge. Melania and Donald are a perfect match.

Melania held one of the most honorary positions in the world, one for which so many brave Americans fought and died. Michelle Obama, and so many first ladies before her, have accomplished so much. Michelle was beautiful, bright and wise inside and out, and despite constant criticism, she put in place programs to help military children and families instead of just talking about it. Since Melania was not going to be “recognized by the media” and had little support, she resigned herself to follow suit. She left no legacy or profile of which she could be proud as the First Lady of the United States. I made a life-changing mistake and continued to work for Melania even though I knew the environment was toxic after planning the grand opening because I believed I could make a difference. What a fool I was, thinking I could make a difference in the middle of this den of thieves.
Melania is no better than Donald when it comes to needing attention. She wasted a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a platform to make a difference in the lives of so many children and delivered none of it. She was just there as an extension of Donald, used to “soften” her image, showcase her showmanship, and smile for the cameras. In her spare time, she took to “the album” and made albums filled with photographs of herself. Melania is simply an extension of her equally hypocritical husband, speaking through both sides of his mouth, when it suits her best. Cassettes go beyond, “he said / she said,” and despite attempts at a public image of concern and attention; what was on the back of Melania’s jacket wasn’t just by design, it was her mantra. It extends to responsibilities as first lady, which was, “I don’t care.”

And now I can tell you, having seen it firsthand, that no one will escape the destruction created by these people.
Melania represents what is wrong with America. She got a pass in life because in America white, “beautiful” women who are silent have always been granted a pass. Melania has created “beautifully” designed parties, events and venues and presents herself to children as “kind and caring”. All of these ideas go back to the 1950s when women were quiet and pretty, racism was rampant, immigrants did the dirty work and men made their fortunes dirty. Many wives of smart American men have done the same. Basically, they are Machiavellian. Win at all costs. And make it pretty. Melania knows exactly what’s going on. Melania has always had her own agenda, BE BEST says it all. Be the best regardless of the price.
Now it makes sense to me why Melania kept her chief of staff, Stephanie Grisham, around – because she spent her time in power speaking combatively to the press and spreading lies about others. . It’s no surprise to learn, with less than two weeks left, Grisham jumped off the ship during Trump’s self-imposed reprehensible implosion. Grisham was likely fired and took the opportunity to claim she had a moral line in the sand.
Also, right now, when kids ask their parents why people destroyed our Capitol, what will his response be? Will she continue the lies that it was antifa? Or will she tell the truth, which is that Trump lit the match that sparked the riots and decimation. He, his children, and his personal lawyer instigated violence and told people to riot.
What does a mother do when a father is an abuser? Many still believe that Melania is helpless, but make no mistake about it, she is also an abuser of the worst. The kind who speaks nicely to children. The disease is under the skin. Melania knows and supports Donald and his views. If you hit him, he’ll hit you harder. He’s the brass knuckles, the aggressive guy, and she chooses to smile and put up with him. She closes her eyes. The truth is, she encourages him to go. Be aggressive. She’s his biggest cheerleader. Well, he should pay a price. No one is above the law.
America’s flight will be the legacy that the Trump last name will be synonymous with, their time in the White House will always be aligned and maligned by scandal, and they will always be remembered as the most reckless president, the first lady and the first family of our country has ever known.
As people die in America from COVID because of her ineptitude, if Melania had an ounce of Eleanor Roosevelt in her, she would be there to get people vaccinated, support our nurses and doctors, and help with food banks. . They will leave the White House, with no regrets, leaving corpses behind and will travel to Mar-a-Lago without looking back.
