Fox News host Tucker Carlson obtained shocking statements from Clarke in 1994.

Joe Biden on Sunday vowed to make helping blacks, Latinos, Asians and Native Americans reopen and rebuild their small businesses his priority.
“Our priority will be small businesses owned by Blacks, Latin Americans, Asians and Native Americans, businesses owned by women and finally having equal access to the resources needed to reopen and rebuild,” said Biden.
