NPR concealed the fact that the man accused of plotting to assassinate Joe Biden was a supporter of Bernie Sanders who possessed explosive materials and books on bomb making and Islam, leading many to claim that the alleged culprit was a Trump supporter.
Alexander Hillel Treisman, 19, was arrested by police after discovering a number of weapons in his vehicle, including an AR-15 rifle, a round of explosive material as well as books on bomb-making and the Islam.
However, the NPR article on the subject, titled “ Man Arrested in NC Intended to Kill Joe Biden, Feds Say ” completely omits the fact that the alleged killer was interested in Islam.
While the Washington Post buried Treisman’s stated motive of wanting to kill Biden in order to “kill Bernie” in paragraph 15 of its report, neither NPR nor the Huffington Post mentioned this crucial detail.
This left many HuffPost readers to conclude in the comments section of his article that the culprit must have been a Trump supporter.
“Another Trump love incel – with swastikas to boot. He apparently bought the full MAGA package. White House Gift Shop? One remarked.
“The president is an inspiration to the next generation of national terrorists – ready to defend white supremacy to the death – great job there Trumpers,” added another.
“The Fox Nation is looking in the mirror!” another said.
“In fact, if anyone has to look in the mirror, it’s supporters of Bernie Sanders and other left-wing extremists whose hateful rhetoric and refusal to condemn antifa violence have created a climate in which people like Alexander Treisman may think they are doing something. heroic by plotting to assassinate a corrupt politician who is slightly less leftist than his hero, ”writes Robert Spencer.
In the age of mass censorship in Silicon Valley, it is essential that we stay in touch.
