Official Overseeing Arizona Vote Counting Process Previously Tweeted About Trump’s ‘Neo-Nazi Base’

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who oversees the vote counting process in Swing State, has previously tweeted that President Trump is indulging in his “neo-Nazi base.”

In an August 2017 tweet that is receiving new attention, Hobbs said, “[email protected] made it clear that he was more interested in bending to his neo-Nazi base than being @POTUS for all Americans.

It wouldn’t come as a shock to someone listing their pronouns in their Twitter bio along with their support for Black Lives Matter, but given that Hobbs now plays a pivotal role in the Arizona voting process, Trump supporters are understandably worried.

“Everyone thinks that maybe we could do a good deed in front of this activist ???” asked Donald Trump Jr.

The Secretary of State has already used her power to prevent an investigation into Arizona’s voting machines.

“In recent days, Arizona State Senate Speaker Karen Fann called on the Hobbs office to allow an independent review of the state’s voting machines. An appeal that Hobbs immediately cut down, ”reports National File.

“It is patently unreasonable to suggest that despite there being no credible evidence of any generalized irregularity or irregularity, election officials nonetheless have a responsibility to prove a negative,” Hobbs wrote in response.
