Representative Devin Nunes calls for criminal charges against big tech for mass censorship and coordinated shutdown of competitors – Dateway

Big Tech’s ongoing purge against conservatives – including President Trump – and the coordinated shutdown of competing platforms like Parler warrant criminal charges, according to Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.).

Nunes joined Fox host Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures” to talk about how tech companies are committing multiple crimes against the American people.

“Republicans have no way of communicating. It doesn’t matter if you’re a Republican or a Conservative, ”Nunes told him. “If you don’t want to be regulated by leftists who are on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, where you are banned and no one sees you. They decide what is violent and non-violent – that’s nonsense.

“So I don’t know where the hell the Justice Department or the FBI is currently. It is clearly violation of antitrust laws, civil rights, RICO statute. There should be a racketeering investigation of everyone who coordinated this attack not just against a company, but against everyone like us, like me, like you, Maria… These CEOs who do this should be prosecuted.

“I’ve spoken to a lot of my colleagues, Republicans on the House side and a few senators … The Supreme Court, these federal judges, have to step in.

Last week, Apple and Google pulled Parler from their app stores and Amazon shut down Parler’s servers in a bid to kill the competition for free speech as thousands of conservatives quit Twitter over its Trump’s unprecedented ban.
