President Trump’s campaign released a statement demanding a recount in Wisconsin, where opponent Joe Biden’s margin of victory was less than a percentage point.
A note from 2020 Campaign Director Bill Stepien said on Wednesday that the president would effectively demand a recount after more ballots were found after election night.
“Despite ridiculous public polls being used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race because we always knew it would be,” Stepien wrote.
“There have been reports of irregularities in several counties in Wisconsin which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The president is well within limits to call for a recount and we will do it immediately.
The president has commented on a number of mysterious ballots that have surfaced overnight in several states that magically gave Biden an advantage.
Meanwhile, the rumor mill is roaring with claims the White House is ready to wage a legal battle over the Democrats’ illegal vote-collecting system.
