Earlier on Friday, Gateway Pundit contributor Patty McMurray released a report on the Virginia court ruling that bars (Democrats) officials from accepting late ballots without a postmark.
The case involved a Virginia Board of Elections rule released in August that allowed ballots to be received in the mail without a postmarked for up to three days after the November election.

The report was released on Monday.
