US election: Trump finally recognizes Biden’s victory, still refuses to concede

US President Donald Trump has officially acknowledged that President-elect Joe Biden won the presidential election in the United States, but has always said he will not give in, continuing to claim the vote was rigged. Trump’s Twitter posts come just over a week after The Associated Press and all other major news organizations screened Biden and Kamala Harris as president-elect and vice-president-elect, respectively. Biden is projected to win at least 290 electoral votes, significantly more than the 270 needed to hold the presidency. Jennifer Johnson has more.
