Anglo-Syrian journalist Richard Medhurst responded to Joe Biden’s missile attack on Syria by demanding to know: “Where are the fucking checks? They went to Raytheon so they could bomb my country.
Biden ordered the attack yesterday, saying it targeted Iranian-backed militias in eastern Syria while the Pentagon launched the move as a “defensive precision strike.”
Many observers have pointed to the bombing as another sign that, despite the administration’s obsession with flaunting its “diversity” and supposedly progressive virtues, the military-industrial complex is still under control.
“Starving people who can’t pay their rent, you’ve got millions of Americans who aren’t insured, they don’t have health care, they’ve lost their jobs, where are the checks?” Oh I know they went to Raytheon so they could bomb my country, ”Medhurst said.

“Thank goodness the cabinet is diverse, I am so happy that a rainbow cabinet just bombed my country, thank you very much, thank you liberals,” he added.
“They support businesses, they support wars, they fuck the working class – it’s not diversity – it’s the continuation of the same old evil with a different mask!”
Medhurst then berated leftists for saying Biden was the lesser of two evils when he upheld sanctions on Syria and continued bombing, while doing little to reverse the ‘caged children’ controversy .
“The kids are still in the fucking cages, they just have air conditioning now and more sophisticated containers to put them in – they’re still cages,” he said.
The reporter also called out the hypocrisy of Trump-obsessed leftists who are now apparently okay with Biden removing stimulus checks and dropping ‘pink bombs’ via ‘rainbow-colored drones’ .
“The kids are still in cages, you won’t get your student debt canceled, you won’t get your $ 15 minimum wage, you can fuck yourself – the prison-industrial complex will continue, the war machine is going to continue… it’s okay, go back to brunch, it’s okay man! Medhurst joked.
“But hey, the bombs are pink, so don’t complain otherwise you’re sexist – be happy the VP is female,” he concluded.
I don’t know what Medhurst is saying. I mean, after all, Raytheon tweeted the black square to show his support for Black Lives Matter.
